Homemade Bone Broth Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Beef marrow and knuckle bones – 3-4 pounds
  • Meaty bones such as short ribs – 2 pounds
  • Carrots – 3 (halved)
  • Onions – 3 (quartered)
  • Celery stalks – 3 (halved)
  • A handful of fresh parsley
  • Raw apple cider vinegar – 1/2 cup
  • Filtered water – 4 quarts
  • Sea salt


Instructions:

1. In a pot, put the bones and combine apple cider vinegar and water. Allow the combination to sit for the vinegar to filter the mineral on the bones.

2. Combine more water to close the bones if it is necessary and combine the vegetables and boils it again. Remove the froth on the top and drop.

3. Decrease to a low simmer, close, and cook around 24-72 hours. You can also turn off the heat and leave to sit overnight and turn it back on and cook for the next day if you do not like and satisfied on leaving the pot to boils overnight.
