It is so hard to hear this line of the teacher or the boss of your work. It means that you need to continue what you are doing without a rest even for a while. Even how you are dedicated to your work, there comes a time that you tired and stopped for a moment. But I know a thing that is so devoted and hardworking. Every second is performing to make you stay alive. This is your heart who keep on working to produce blood continuously in your body because he know, “No breaktime”
Every September 29, the world celebrates “World Heart Day. It is organized by world heart federation with the supervision of world health federation. The campaign is to inform all people about the heart disease that is well known to Cardiovascular diseases o CVD’s which consider as the highest cause of fatalities so in this day, it promotes the awareness and prevention to decrease the rate of causes of this disease. In cooperation of different government and non-government organizations in more than 100 countries, they create activities such as health checks, public talks, stage shows, concerts, exhibitions and sports events like walks, runs and fitness sessions. They organize science forums which discuss nutritious food to have a healthy body and lifestyle. There are landmarks, monuments and prominent buildings which put red color as a mark of their cooperation in special objectives
According to WHO, 17.9 million annually are died because of cardiovascular disease which is equivalent to 31% of global deaths. There are things to remember as a sign of heart disease or stroke and these are high blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose level, regular smoking, not eating fruits and vegetables and obesity. World heart federation publicizes the news of around 80% of premature death related to heart disease and stroke could be lessen if unhealthy diet, physical inactivity, smoking and abuse intake of alcohol was avoided.
According to studies, in every 20 seconds, someone has heart attack and in every one minute, there is a fatal heart attack happens. The heart attacks don’t have often visible sign so anytime, there is a possibility that it might happen without considering the age if you are too young or too old. But there is a big percentage of heart attacks involved in diabetic patients who are in 75 years old and above. So it is very important to consult the doctor and cardiologist if we feel unusual things. According to women’s heart foundation, women in 50 years and below are twice as those men with the same age who experience fatal heart attacks.
So take care our heart responsibly. Don’t do anything that could destroy it. In every pump per second, be thankful that you stay alive as a human. If you were compared to others, you are so lucky. Do you still remember how many times you want to put into trash your life? But there is one thing that stay hold you and still working for you. So it makes you see the beauty of life that others’ dreaming of.
